Booking and cancellation policies

A deposit is required for booking all treatments. If you need to change or move an appointment we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise a 50% charge will be incurred. ‘No-shows’ will incur a 100% charge for the cost of the booked treatment.

All waxing and tinting appointments require a 48 hour patch test.

As a courtesy to other clients we reserve the right to reschedule your treatment if you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment. Where possible we will carry out your treatment but the time may be reduced due to the time constraints and other bookings but you will be charged full treatment price.

We love nail art! Please inform us prior to your appointment if you would like a specific design so we can allocate enough time.

Please bring exact cash to your appointments for your treatment.

We are delighted to be able to offer all our treatments as this present time. We have a few protocols to ensure that everyone in the salon is safe and comfortable.

Please attend your appointment at your allocated time. We are unable to provide a waiting area at this time, If you do arrive early please wait in your car and we will call you in.

15 minutes will be added onto each appointment to allow us to disinfect the salon and sanitise our tools.

We will be wearing a face mask and shield for your appointment. We require you to also wear a face mask at all times during your visit.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment and give us as much notice as possible.

Upon arrival we will provide hand washing facilities and hand sanitiser for you. We will also carry out a temperature check.

We are unable to provide any refreshments at this time.

Please attend your appointment alone with minimal belongings.

Our prices will remain unchanged.
